§ Trash removal                                                                                                                                                                                         Empty all waste containers; offices, including break room, utility areas and outside areas, placing trash into garbage disposal unit usually at rear of the building. Waste containers consist of ashtrays, waste baskets, refuse containers, etc. All containers will be washed, disinfected regularly, free of stains and dust. Lined all containers with plastic bag daily, remove & replace plastic bags that are wet, soiled or torn.        

§ Vacuuming

     It is acceptable and satisfactory when the carpet is free of dirt, dust, stains, or other deposits. Carpets will be vacuumed with a HEPA commercial machine with a power head, and edging attachment. Entire Carpeted floor will be vacuum including runners and entrance mats, spot cleaning the same to maintain professional appearance.                                                                                                                                                                                           

§ Restroom cleaning                                                                                                                                                                                 

     Hot vapor steamer will be use for cleaning and sanitizing toilet, washbowls, urinals and walls, sectional divider and floors around that area. Clean mirrors and damp mop floors. Replace toilet tissues, paper towels, soaps, hand sanitizers, empty trash, clean and replace liners. Replace urinal deodorant blocks and splash pads when necessary. Follow through regular deep cleaning quarterly or every 6 months and annually. 

§ Dusting

     A satisfactory or acceptably dusted surface is free of all contaminants: dust, dust streaks, lint, cobwebs, dirt, oily streaks or finger prints. Microfiber Cloth will be use for dusting(damp and dry). Dusting usually with cleared desks and tables, but not necessary, carefully lift items dust and put back system will be use in all desks and tables with full of items. Computers, monitors, keyboards, other business machines, electronics, consoles, plotting boards, and other equipment of a similar nature will be dry micro cloth dusted and damp cloth if excessive dusting needed. Low and high dusting horizontal and vertical cleaning of files, cabinets fixtures, office partitions and similar equipment, windows, doors, overhead items, air ducts or fan screens, ceilings and walls. Dusting of heating and air conditioning equipment include exterior portions of the unit heaters, air conditioners, and air conditioning grills.

§ Spot cleaning windows

     Spot window cleaning will be use for everyday low areas of the window cleaning where finger prints or other spots occurs by touch and skin contact to the glass, or other contaminants into the glass. Entire interior and exterior window glass cleaning will be in a monthly basis in all public areas and twice a year for higher windows, more if necessary and or upon request.
